Job Description
As Customer Service Representative Italian/Dutch you will join their international team of 70 experienced Italian Customer Services Representative. You will be a highly motivated, customer focussed professional. This role requires individuals with excellent people and customer skills since your primary function will be to interface with customers and other internal departments, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities.
As a Customer Service Representative your main responsibilities will involve:
- Ensuring the quality resolution of all the customer requests an issues interacting whit both external and internal customers.
- Responding to all incoming
- Customer enquiries relating to all faults and outages, for all supported products and services following agreed processes and working to Service Level Agreements.
- Completing first line diagnostics and raising trouble tickets to Technical Support team
- Liaising with Technical Operations Groups and other non technical teams for timely resolution of Customer faults.
- Detailed knowledge about the supported products and services
- Adhering to policies and working practices, carrying them out in a profesional service manner.
Requirements
Your skills and qualifications as Customer Service Representative will ideally include:
- Excellent English language and written skills
- Excellent Dutch/Italian language and written skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous Contact or Call Centre customer services experience
- Demonstrated professionalism, reliability, accuracy and flexibility
What we will be looking for in you:
Ideally you will have the ability to manage multiple priorities problem solving and complaint handling as well as the capability to work well in a team and individually.
